Who Are We:
We are a group of constitutional women involved in community organization. Our goal is to train women on self-sustainability and safeguarding our community. We are looking for leaders across the country who will step into the role to help build up our communities in this time of uncertainty.
If you are looking for a "mom group", this isn't it. Mamalitia formed with the intent of training women to create their communities. There is a time dedication to this organization so that our members are on the same page in case of an emergency.
What Is Expected of Members:
In order to understand the structure and be on the same page, members must attend in person and zoom meetings. Each squad is responsible for their monthly trainings, however there is also required community trainings a few times a year. We want to make sure every member is trained on the same thing such as communication and navigation.
Mamalitia members are required to be uniformed when training and at Mamalitia sponsored events. We move as a team and support each other like a family. Joining is a commitment to each other that you will train, you will support each other, and you will be an active part of the Mamalitia community.
We do not discriminate; all women are welcome if you align with our love of Country, a passion to make America better, and a desire to build a world we will be proud for our children to inherit.
Active members are expected to participate in meetings and trainings between 6-10 hours per month. Once cleared through background, you will be given the meeting and training schedules.
Active leaders are expected to participate in meetings and trainings between 6-15 hours per month. Once cleared through background, you will be provided with more information on how to be a successful community leader.
How to Join:
As of August 15, 2022, we closed applications to the general public except for small windows of time each year. Having controlled times for enrollment allows us to focus on strengthening our current community.
