Our Motto and the photo that caused so much controversy. Mamalitia was an idea formed in 2019, that came to fruition late 2021. It was a turbulent time in California, our founding state, and throughout the nation. There was a need to connect women who were looking to create a new path for their families, to gain skills that our grandparents knew and that were lost for various reasons. Today, we are a national community of all female preppers, many of whom are homesteaders and homeschoolers, that are ready to build relationships with likeminded women, to regain control of our food, health and education. We come from all different backgrounds, cultures, and age ranges, some of our ladies not mothers, but all unified in a hunger to learn and grow together.
We are a community that understands there will always be turmoil and it is up to us to make sure our families have the best chance at a secure future. That means we need to learn new things; how to grow our own food, raise our own meat, create wellness in our homes to minimize illness, to treat illness naturally if it comes, how to use maps and a compass to navigate, to learn other methods of communication, self-defense, how to properly clean, care for and use the "tools" at our disposal, water purification, and so much more. Each community squad has its own culture based on the needs of the individual county and region, but all squads are unified in training goals and are connected to ladies all across the nation for ideas, support and community. If you would like to learn more, explore this website, check out our videos, additional tabs on who we are, see where we are located knowing that if your county is not represented, there are tools for you to expand in that area, and see how to apply. As a private organization we operate on a referral basis, with open enrollment just once a year.
